Leave Thirsk Market place via Millgate to T junction. Turn right, then left at next roundabout, signed A170 Scarborough. Take first left to Felixkirk and Boltby. Follow road to Boltby and drive through village and up the hill at far end. Just before bend sign make a sharp left turn to Willow Tree Cottage.
