Coxwold Local History Society Coxwold, York YO61 4AD.
Email dr40130@gmail.com
Website https://visitthirsk.uk/coxwoldhistory
Coxwold and its immediate locality has had people of endeavour and character shape its physical nature and culture over centuries...its buildings, roads, pathways, and traditions all contribute to our local style. Our aim is to present and communicate Coxwold’s vibrant history and make it more accessible to all comers. Its history is not the content of textbooks covering national and international issues: it is in many ways far more interesting, since it relates directly to us!
